100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Fermentation took place in a small, open fermentation tank. The grapes were carefully punched down twice a day. After 30 days of skin contact the grapes were pressed gently. The wine was matured in 80% new, small French oak barrels for a total of 24 months.
The Bridge is a full bodied yet refined wine with an intense deep red colour and nose of black cherry, dark chocolate, and aromatic tobacco. These elements combine seamlessly with velvety tannins on the palate and a long lingering finish.
